Fast Five

Wow. I know I should know better by now than to be surprised about the support in this community, but you guys are awesome. Thank you all so much for your kind words about last night's post. The rant session really did help!

Going to see Fast Five was pretty awesome, too. I've been a fan of the Fast and the Furious series since middle school (that's what having a car-obsessed older brother will do to you), and I think this one was the best since the original. Ridiculously corny and predictable, but hey, that's what I like about them! I actually saw Vin Diesel in an NYC club last year. He's huge.

Afterwards, Mike and I went to a local bar for a drink. I had a Sea Dog blueberry wheat beer, and we split an order of funnel cake fries...aka funnel cake in dippable form. Obviously, delicious. I also tried some of Mike's Left Hand Brewery milk stout, which tasted like a beer-flavored milkshake. Obviously, also delicious.

This morning, I woke up to pouring rain. Every once in awhile, I don't mind a dreary day! Breakfast was the new favorite:

Protein cereal: Kashi GoLean mixed with a scoop of chocolate SunWarrior, a spoonful of peanut butter and a banana, then topped with almond milk.

Today's big project of the day is figuring out this passport situation. Wish me luck!

What's your favorite movie sequel? And what's the last movie you saw in theaters? I think my all-time favorites are the Harry Potter movies...as I've mentioned before, I like a wide variety of movies!
