This morning, I tried out an hour-long spin class that Ashley and Sara recommended to me. I've taken spin classes before, but the instructor's method made this one way more intense; she had us doing long intervals with active rest recovery periods, so that we were never just resting on our laurels. Plus, her attitude was super fun but really intense, and she really encouraged us to give it our all. I left exhausted but exhilarated!

Before class I had a slice of Ezekiel bread with sunflower seed butter, and when I got home I immediately dug into breakfast.
Just a big ol' bowl of Cheerios with a sliced banana, but I added some protein and flavor by stirring a serving of Trader Joe's peanut flour into the almond milk before pouring it on. The result was a much creamier milk that gave the whole bowl a peanutty taste.
The thick milk made the cereal stick in clumps to the banana, too. Those bits were the best, especially since this naner was really ripe and sweet!
