I've been to the Seasons 52 in King of Prussia, PA and love it. They use fresh, seasonal and healthy ingredients to create delicious meals that are full of flavor but aren't greasy and heavy like many other chain restaurants.
I ordered the market vegetable plate, which included cranberry-almond quinoa, roasted butternut squash and bosc pear, steamed broccoli, golden beets, baby carrots, asparagus, red peppers, onion, mushrooms and grilled tofu topped with tomatoes.
The smaller plate on the left was full of the highlights- the quinoa, squash and pear were definitely my favorites!
Though I was invited to join for frozen yogurt after dinner, I couldn't resist a fruit salad "mini-indulgence" for dessert.
It was good, but I like my fruit in supersize portions :)
Following dinner, we met a few other Orlando bloggers at Menchie's for some fro-yo.
Yum! A delicious way to end a fun night with blends. It was great to see Katy, Meghann and Megan again, and to finally meet Julie!
Time to settle in with a book and some tea. Goodnight, all!
