I got some inspiration from the a walking feature in the April issue of Fitness magazine, then created my own workout:
Let me just say that incline walking is not easy. The speed intervals had me completely winded. It definitely worked some different leg muscles!

For breakfast pre-workout, I ate a big, fluffy whole-wheat bagel that I purchased from Zaro's in Grand Central on my way home last night:
Topped with Trader Joe's creamy peanut butter
And on my way home from the gym, I hit up a local deli for a random assortment of things to call lunch.
Vegan chicken salad, alongside sugar snap peas
And watermelon chunks with a heap of cashews
Obviously, I was running seriously low on food after being gone for ten days, so the first thing on my to-do list this afternoon was to hit the grocery store.
A big stash of produce makes me so happy. It's the little things :)
Hope you're enjoying the first day of spring!
Do you ever use the treadmill? If so, do you stick to running, or do you use it for walking as well?
