I love that you created a page for all of your NGI posts, Gabriela! I’ve been looking into the school, and your posts are a great recap of your experiences. Thanks again, and I’m glad to see you’ve enjoyed your time at NGI!
I’ve enjoyed reading all of your posts about culinary school. I’ll be graduating from college soon, and I’ve been debating what to do in the future. I love cooking and baking, and I’ve toyed with the idea of going to culinary school as well. It looks like you’ve had a wonderful experience! Thanks for sharing!

I really enjoyed following your journey through culinary school. With graduation on the horizon for me, I’ve been thinking a lot about following my foodie passion by attending culinary school. I’m sure it was super taxing attending school all day and recapping on the regular so I just wanted to say thanks so much for sharing. I have a hard time keeping up with my blog time to time but you’ve really inspired me to stick with it and not make it a chore.
