1996 already? Geez, I'm getting old.
Sadly for me (you all could probably care less), it seems a large chunk of the '96 photos are MIA. Which is a shame, because it was the last year of cuteness before I slipped into the greasy-haired abyss for a few years. I've got January and February, July, and December, but there's still a few fun ones...
Christmas morning 1996. Please note the cat sleeping in the Barbie box in the background. He still does that. Sometimes in the recycling bin. (He's not all there, remember?)
Ticklin' the ivories. What's funny is that this room of our house still looks absolutely identical- nothing's changed.
In 1996, we took a trip to Santa Barbara and saw the Queen Mary. It's kind of an important memory for me because the gift shop was where I got my first book on the Titanic.
On the subject of the Titanic, wasn't I a talented six year old to make such an impressive diorama? Yep, it was all me. My dad didn't help at all. (Oh, and in case you're wondering, the random pom pom is supposed to be a firework.)
Me and Luke, eating our morning cereal with the cats. I look slightly drugged...and if you zoom into my cereal bowl, you'll see Cheerios with about three Cocoa Puffs floating around in it. My mom made us "mix" the healthy cereals with about half a handful of the good stuff.
Speaking of cereal, guess what I had for breakfast this morning?
But I'll bet you already knew that :)
I'm excited for this weekend. I'm going out with a bunch of friends tonight, and then tomorrow I'll be heading down to the beach. It's also my dad's birthday on Sunday, so I get to bake!
What are you most looking forward to this weekend?
