Right after the conference sessions ended, a group of us headed over to a Latin restaurant called Talara for drinks.

We all just hung out and chatted before some of the bloggers had to depart for home. It was fun to just chat outside the conference.

A few of us ordered glasses of sangria, which tasted pretty diluted.
Because the service was taking awhile (in their defense, they did tell us they were very understaffed because of the Preakness), they brought us spicy garlic bread and small pizza slices while we were waiting.
I had a piece of bread and a few slices of the pizza.
For our entrees, Courtney and I decided to split the hummus platter and a veggie-topped pizza. When it finally arrived, we were impressed by how good the pizza was!
Eventually, the owner came out to apologize for the long wait. We got to talking, and discovered that she's actually a raw foodist and all her menu items were completely organic and made with five items or less. She even sent us complimentary vegan cupcakes: chocolate and pumpkin spice. They were really dense and fudgy!
After dinner, out group migrated to the Power Plant, a popular nightspot near the waterfront.
We all had a great time drinking and dancing- who says healthy living bloggers don't know how to have fun?!
