Since I'm only 21, I suppose 5.5 years of added youth is a pretty good thing! The questions were about all sorts of topics, from diet and exercise to stress levels, living situations and personal relationships. The site doesn't do the breakdown of why you're at a certain age, but I think I can venture a guess at where I lost and gained a few years!
- I floss daily. - years
- I eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. - years
- I exercise frequently. - years
- My family health history is great on both sides. - years
- I stress easily. + years
- It's hard for me to trust people. + years
- I'm not the greatest sleeper. + years
In general, I think most of my "aging" qualities come more from my personality, than from physical characteristics. Yet another good reason to stop worrying so much...I could probably regress into elementary school if I did :)

Tonight for dinner, I was craving something easy but comforting. Savory oats fit the bill:
Yes, they are delicious, I promise! This massive bowl contained:
- 3/4 cup instant oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- two spoonfuls of hummus
- 4 chopped carrots
- Dr. Praeger's California burger, broken into chunks
- salt and pepper, to taste.
Since the oats were instant, I simply cooked the oats, milk, water, and nutritional yeast in the microwave, then stirred the rest of the ingredients in at the end. This made for one filling dinner!
My camera didn't do a good job of catching their real color, because this batch was actually quite yellow!
Along with my oats, I also had a few handfuls of dulse- a dried red seaweed that I'm kind of obsessed with at the moment!
To satisfy my sweet tooth, I rounded out the meal with a bowl of frozen peaches, nuked in the microwave. They're literally the last type of produce I had in the apartment- someone needs to go grocery shopping!
It's going to be an early night for this 15.5 year old. Last night's 5 hours of sleep are catching up with me! Have a good evening!
Have you ever taken the "real age" test? What "age" are you? If not, what age do you think you'd be, based on your health levels?
