Warm and Fuzzy

Hi everyone! Blogging from the comfort of the big red comfy couch makes me all warm and fuzzy inside:

Man, it feels good to be home :)

Dinner this evening was a Mediterranean-inspired salad, to make up for my lack of fresh meals of late.

Pile of spinach, tomato, tabouli, Trader Joe's meatless meatballs, minced garlic and the last dollop from a container of roasted red pepper hummus.

Accompanied by a few generous handfuls of my all-time favorite Terra's Sweets & Carrots chips.

I was hoping the fridge would be stocked with a variety of fruit, but alas, we're down to apples and bananas. Fortunately, it's no secret that I'm a fan of galas...

Especially when sprinkled with cinnamon and paired with dark chocolate.

Chocolove 61%, to be exact.

And then I feasted on massive amounts of peanut butter.

In addition to cleaning out a jar of PB&Co. Bees Knees, I also enjoyed a few spoonfuls of crunchy Skippy original and Maranatha creamy salted. It was glorious :)

Now I'm off to do as this d00d and get some sleep.

'Night, everyone!
